VGG Holding brings together businesses in aviation, hospitality, agriculture and tourism. Our portfolio connects specialist flight support and aircraft management companies with ventures that reflect the group’s wider interests in food, farming and travel. Aviation is the principal thread in the group’s business story, with ASM as its flagship aviation business. The portfolio also includes regional aviation companies, aircraft operations and management, farming, and a historical hospitality venture. Our aviation heritage
ASM was founded in 1998; that date refers to ASM and should not be read as VGG Holding’s incorporation date. The group’s aircraft history includes Learjet operations, followed by today’s Challenger 605 fleet. Medical evacuation was offered previously and is planned for future reintroduction, but is not currently available. These milestones distinguish established activities from future plans.

Aviation Services Management (ASM) is the group’s flagship aviation business. Its flight support services bring together flight planning, overflight and landing permit coordination, ground handling, aviation fuelling and concierge arrangements. ASM Air focuses on aircraft management, including operational scheduling, maintenance coordination and logistics for private aircraft owners. These distinct roles help visitors identify the appropriate business for an operational enquiry or an aircraft management requirement.

Our aviation portfolio combines international trip support with regional expertise. Africa Aviation Executive Services (AAES) is based in Nairobi, Kenya; Aviation Travel & Tourism Services (ATTS) focuses on flight support in India; and Sri Lanka Executive Aviation Services (SEAS) supports aircraft operators visiting Sri Lanka. Their work includes coordinating local requirements, handling arrangements and crew or passenger services. Availability and arrangements should be confirmed with the relevant company for each itinerary.

Beyond aviation, the portfolio includes Marcos Gomes Farm in Goa and the Alto Mar hospitality venture. Alto Mar is currently closed. Potential new locations are being explored, but no reopening date or location has been confirmed.
