VGG Holding brings together an aviation-led portfolio with wider interests in agriculture, hospitality and tourism. Aviation businesses

Aviation Services Management (ASM) is the flagship aviation business. Founded in 1998, ASM forms a central part of the group’s aviation heritage. Its business covers international flight support; visit ASM’s official website for current services and enquiries.

ASM Air represents aircraft operations and management within the portfolio. The group previously operated Learjets and now operates Challenger 605 aircraft. ASM Charter is the customer-facing charter brand. Aircraft management information is available through ASM Air’s website.

Alto Mar is a former Portuguese seafood restaurant in Dubai and remains part of VGG’s hospitality history. It is currently closed and is not accepting reservations. Potential new locations are being explored as a future project; this is not an announcement of a confirmed reopening.

Medical evacuation forms part of the group’s aviation history and is planned for future reintroduction, but is not currently available.
